Sometimes it takes more than meetings and everyday work to really weld a team together – which is exactly why we recently organised a special team event: A chocolate workshop at our client Ritter Sport<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But this event wasn’t just a sweet treat, it was also an opportunity to strengthen our team spirit – something that is invaluable in everyday working life. But how important is team spirit really? And what does our smartPerform software do to promote it?<\/p>\n

Team events such as our visit to Ritter Sport offer precisely the opportunity to promote this cohesion. Whilst we were able to get creative with chocolate making, we also created connections that are important in everyday working life. Especially for our colleagues who can’t be in the office regularly, this was a valuable opportunity to meet the team in person and network more deeply.<\/p>\n
