Speakers and lecturers are in an interactive relationship with their participants, with complex issues simply visualised. For this, the speakers and lecturers do not need any training.

Speakers and faculty can give talks with their laptop, use information from their mobile communications devices and additional media, or access content sent in advance. smartPerform knows exactly which devices are available and dynamically adjusts the user interface.

The room and event booking system is also integrated. The seminars and courses, whose speakers, including training materials or optional media equipment, can be booked on rooms or rebooked. The smartPerform application in the respective room then adjusts to the situation and displays only the functions that have been booked in the surface. Room scenes for light and darkening can also be controlled via a corresponding menu.

A high adaptability to each group size, the number of rooms and the most diverse hardware are crucial. In academy operations, organization and IT services benefit from this cross-system networking with the intuitive user interface.
