    At Universelle Ulm, smartPerform software replaces the traditional reception desk with a multifunctional digital reception area. The system efficiently connects visitors, tenants, and infrastructure, ensuring a seamless, technology-supported experience as soon as you enter the building.
    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    All information on one interface

    The smartPerform software acts as the heart of the digital reception area, combining content, information, and communication on a single, user-friendly interface. Instead of switching between different systems, smartPerform combines all information in one interface. Via interfaces to transport companies and internal data sources, the software provides real-time bus and train schedules, taxi numbers, and interactive maps for perfect orientation in Science Park III.
    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Central point of contact

    The digital reception allows visitors to register directly with their contact person via a modern video intercom system. Thanks to the seamless integration of Microsoft Teams, communication is managed efficiently without the need for staff to be present at reception.
    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Scalable information hub

    The strength of the smartPerform software lies in its flexibility: whether it’s facility management announcements, advertising content from tenants, or the future integration of catering menu databases — all content is imported via the central platform and presented to the user in a clear and intuitive manner.
