    Digital visitor information and smart wayfinding for a modern municipality

    The municipality’s previous analog showcases have been replaced by modern, digital solutions. These enable a contemporary presentation of information and an intuitive guidance system that helps visitors to find their way around the labyrinthine building and get directly to the relevant contact points.

    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Digital citizen information in the outdoor area

    The municipality of Neuendettelsau relies on modern communication: an interactive outdoor information system informs citizens around the clock about current events and news. The intuitive touch operation and user-friendly interface – designed with smartPerform software – ensure easy orientation and quick access to relevant information. The weather-protected outdoor housing, equipped with integrated heating and cooling technology, guarantees continuous 24/7 operation in all weather conditions.

    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Visitor guidance made easy

    In the entrance area of the town hall, a smartPerform-based indoor information system makes it easier to find your way around. Visitors can intuitively find the right contact person or room by touch. Thanks to clear navigation and a customized design, the visit is made more efficient and pleasant.

    The project was implemented in collaboration with our partner FLM Media.

    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Centralized maintenance via smartCMS

    Both the indoor and outdoor systems are installed locally and can be conveniently managed via the browser-based smartCMS. Content can be flexibly updated and adapted to current requirements – without any programming knowledge. This means that the municipality’s digital infrastructure is always up to date.
