    The future at your fingertips - Kempten's digital heart

    In the Future Lab, the city of Kempten is relying on modern, digital equipment with a central platform to strengthen citizen participation and the flow of information. The aim is to promote dialog, bring urban development to life and actively support the digital transformation. The smartPerform software enables flexible, interactive and easy-to-maintain communication channels.

    With the move to the modern new building on Pariser Platz in Stuttgart, the presentation and seminar technology is also to be modernized in a forward-looking way.

    Picture frames & shop windows as a digital business card

    The Future Lab is an eye-catcher as you walk past: the illuminated picture frame attracts attention in the evening and invites passers-by to discover more. Two shop window monitors give a foretaste of projects, events and current topics in the city. Everything runs automatically, always up-to-date, and shines in the middle of the pedestrian zone. This makes Kempten’s innovative spirit visible from the outside.

    Interactive experiences at the touch table

    At the touch table, visitors can immerse themselves in Kempten’s present, past and future – with just one touch. At the same time, the wall display behind it shows signage content in idle mode or mirrors the touch table content for better visibility for groups. Automatic control via smartPerform ensures seamless switching between interaction and presentation. Content can be flexibly adapted to different user groups and scenarios.

    Touch screen & LED wall for great performances

    The touch screen on the wall provides interactive insights into a wide range of topics relating to the city of Kempten. The LED wall is the centerpiece when information needs to be presented in a big way. The adjacent large wall display serves as a signage area for presenting current projects and information in a loop when the touchscreen is not in active use. The content is maintained centrally and easily via smartPerform and displayed flexibly. The combination of interactivity and large-scale visualization creates an impressive experience for visitors and promotes transparent communication.
