Review: smartPerform at the KOMMUNAL 2025 trade fair

On September 27 and 28, we were represented at the KOMMUNAL trade fair – the industry meeting place for cities, municipalities and local authorities. Together with our partners Grunwald Display Solutions, fröscher, Yamaha and Lightware, we not only presented our portfolio, but also entire solutions: from digital citizen information to modern council chambers.

Stronger together: the partner stand

One highlight was our joint stand. Here, visitors were able to experience how software, hardware and furniture concepts combine to create a holistic experience. After all, it is only through interaction that real digital communication is created – intuitive, flexible and future-proof.

What we have shown

At the trade fair, we presented concrete applications for everyday municipal life:

• Digital council chambers – sophisticated media technology, interactive and controllable with smartPerform.
• Digital reception areas – citizens can register independently and find information in an intuitive format.
• Citizen information & information steles – current information, services and orientation directly at a glance.
• Meeting rooms – with smart AV/IT equipment for simpler and more efficient collaboration.

Together, we were able to show how digitalization is not just technology, but creates real added value for municipalities and their citizens.
