In the Experience Center of the Heldele ITK Systemhaus, digital signage functions for the operation of visitor information pillars, digital door signs and a video wall have been used for years. The introduction of a communication platform for the self-determined provision of information for visitors and employees was the logical next step.

Previous analog pinboards were to be replaced by networked screens. The solution should be applicable across locations and be easy to maintain. All information from the company to employees, information from employees to employees as well as marketing messages from the company to customers should be made available on the interactive screen (digital notice board) in appropriate areas via meaningful and clear structures.

The central personnel department at the main location provides simple support and maintenance of the content. Complex manual update and distribution processes for the various notice areas can be avoided.

A slider informs about daily news but also about the traffic situation of the surrounding motorways and the weather forecast at the locations. All information about their working environment is available to employees quickly and reliably.
