Authentication
Authentication by means of a removable medium on which the user name and password for AD logon are stored in encrypted form.
Meetings and classes can be started more quickly and there is no need to enter the password. Many users find entering the password using an online keyboard very inconvenient and external keyboards are not installed in all meeting rooms.

Provision of a download functionality.
Images and files can be downloaded from the internal browser. These downloads can then be processed further.
