DATEV is one of the largest software houses in Europe with over 200 software products and IT services. Approximately 13.5 million payrolls are processed every month for around 40,000 members. A space for exchange with customers and partners was created with the DATEV Experience Center. Especially in times of social distancing and increasingly virtual meetings, a place for personal exchange is needed.
A Perfectly Structured Meeting Space
The DATEV Experience Center is not a classic presentation area, but a perfectly structured meeting space for exchanging ideas with customers and partners. Visitors experience the brand and products emotionally – the brand experience permeates all phases of a meeting.
Discreetly Integrated, Modern Technology
The empathetic room design and the discreetly integrated, modern technology create a variety of work options that also easily integrate online participants.
Content & Center Management
Predefined scenes allow moderators to easily manage and control all processes in the Experience Center. Moderators maintain content and documents for the respective agenda via a simple user interface. In line with the event, the system is switched on and the content and settings are distributed to the various screens.
All guests are met in the entrance area of the Experience Center. To help them get in the mood and find their way around, a welcome display shows the latest information and notes on the event via an automated, centrally maintained playlist.
Tablet PC Controls the Presentation
A very stylish place for meetings is the Datev Lounge – ideally equipped for getting to know each other for the first time, for presentations and debriefings or team-building events. The moderator controls all content on the video wall via tablet PC when changing topics or focusing.
Integration of all Meeting and Presentation Functions
For meetings and workshops, the Experience Center offers the perfect working environment. Here, too, video and audio content from participants’ presentation devices is integrated wirelessly into the on-screen application. Creating annotations is child’s play with the integrated whiteboard. The modern touch technology provides a writing feeling like on paper.
Different Tools for Hybrid Meetings
The possibilities for collaboration in the room and with external participants are versatile – whiteboard and annotation functions – digital flip chart with post-it function – sharing results – or joint, networked work on a screen in the room or across rooms, enable modern forms of work in the creative phase of a meeting.
