What is the smartPerform Student Version?
Design and Content Management
The “Designer Edition” is integrated into all license variants of the smartPerform software. You can easily create and maintain interactive presentations, digital signage applications or solutions for digital work and communication areas – with flexible design and functions for all presentation and collaboration tasks. Available as a freely available variant without licensing, the Designer Edition does not offer a protected kiosk mode and displays a watermark.
Player License
The smartPerform player licenses are operating licenses for interactive (interactive signage) and passive (digital signage) user interfaces in protected presentation mode. They can be operated in designer or kiosk mode.
The player license is limited to 12 months and can be extended.

The free use of smartPerform license versions for students is permitted exclusively for use in educational projects of students and their supervisors. Under no circumstances may they be used commercially or in infrastructure projects of the institutes.

Try smartPerform Designer Edition for 14 days free of charge. Choose any sample projects on our website and request them via the shopping cart. You will receive an e-mail from us with a link to the downloads. The demo software and quick start will be added automatically.
Additionally you can participate in our webinar “get to know smartPerform” for colleges and universities. Here we present application possibilities with versatile practical examples and take a look under the hood together. Webinars on request.

Qualification and Further Training
To optimally prepare your students for the use of smartPerform, we offer a one-time onboarding webinar at the beginning of the semester by appointment. In a maximum of two hours, participants are introduced to the world of smartPerform.
Further qualification takes place via our free online training program with a variety of video tutorials. (Only available in German)

With the free demo version of smartPerform Pro, you can try out, modify or maintain smartPerform user interfaces, but also create new interfaces. The demo version of the Collaboration App offers all the functions of the full version, limited to four media files.
