Innovative Presentations and Flexible Content

HHLA is a leading European logistics company. With its network of seaport terminals, hinterland connections and linked intermodal hubs in Central and Eastern Europe, HHLA is the logistics and digital hub along the transport flows of the future. With the help of smartPerform, HHLA presented innovative solutions for sustainable logistics at the transport logistic trade fair.

Creative Break Design using Automised Content

When no one is presenting, the large LED screen at the top automatically shows the image video or the speaker announcement for the day. Meanwhile, the horizontal screen offers a video teaser of the top 4 projects, which are also shown in the hero slider on the touch display on the right.

To ensure that the speaker announcement is always up to date, the individual overlays have been given a validity in advance.

Flexible Project Selection and Presentation

Visitors can choose from 10 projects on the touchmonitor. One of the screens shows the animated project title with further information and a QR code, the other presents 3 to 5 project graphics that can be controlled via the touchmonitor with forward and back buttons.

Dynamic Lectures, Impressive Presentations

The PowerPoint mode is activated via a hidden button with PIN entry. The title and information on the current presentation are displayed on the large LED monitor, while the PowerPoint is presented on the smaller landscape format screen.

Special Characteristics of the Implementation

Spontaneous changes such as corrections in PowerPoint presentations could also be easily exchanged in the background while the system was running.

To ensure that the PowerPoint presentations could be played in their original format and that there were no problems with fonts, animations or videos, PowerPoint was started as an external application via smartPerform. This made it possible to play back each presentation in its original format and ensure optimal presentation.
